Join a Premier Insurance Brokerage

We are on the lookout for a committed Personal Lines Private Client Account Manager to become a vital part of our enthusiastic team. This position is ideal for individuals who are dedicated to providing outstanding service to affluent clients and aspire to make a significant contribution to the insurance sector.

Core Responsibilities

  • Work closely with an Account Associate to oversee and grow your client portfolio
  • Evaluate client coverage patterns and pinpoint potential risks and opportunities
  • Serve as a key contact for unresolved premium-related concerns
  • Create proactive business plans and forecasts for accounts
  • Guide and mentor junior team members
  • Establish robust networks and collaborations within the Private Client arena
  • Offer insights for enhancements in sales and service processes
  • Ensure exceptional client management

Qualifications for Success

  • Registered Insurance Broker Ontario (RIBO) License
  • Minimum of 5 years in Personal Lines Insurance
  • Experience with High Net Worth or VIP clientele preferred
  • Excellent organizational and client management abilities
  • Familiarity with MS Office and insurance broker management systems
