Senior Account Manager - Inside Sales

Our client, a leading supplier of composite wood panels, is seeking a dynamic Senior Account Manager - Inside Sales to join their team in Cambridge, ON.

This is an exciting opportunity to take charge of the complete sales process, driving success through a proactive and goal-oriented approach. As a Senior Account Manager - Inside Sales, you will be at the forefront of sales interactions with both new and existing accounts, leveraging your consultative sales approach to build strong relationships and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage entire sales process from prospecting through close
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of success in a sales position with territory responsibility
  • Consultative sales approach with above-average organizational, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to manage entire sales process from prospecting through close
  • Comfortable with speaking with new customers and experience with customer retention and re-gaining lost business
  • Experience with sales software, M-Files and Spire experience is considered an asset
  • Fluent English language skills, with French language skills considered an asset
What We Offer:
  • $65,000 to $80,000 base salary, with performance bonuses that could equal up to 20-30% of your base salary
  • Monday to Friday (8-5) with up to 3 weeks vacation
