Job Title: Digital Backend Developer H/F

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Backend Developer to join our team at OTT Financial Group. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop user-facing features, optimizing performance and ensuring responsiveness and user-friendliness
  • Work closely with the scrum team to develop high-quality products that meet client needs
  • Conceive and write code, ensuring security, logging, error handling, and performance standards are met
  • Modify existing software to conform to system changes or to make improvements
  • Identify opportunities to improve design, development, and testing processes
Requirements:
  • Working toward a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Hands-on Java development experience
  • Experience with Spring Cloud, microservice API, or Spring security frameworks is an asset
  • Proficient with relational and non-relational databases such as MySQL, Redis, and MongoDB
  • Ability to work well within a team to complete end-to-end development for moderately complex software modules
