Assistant Salon Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Assistant Salon Manager to join our team at Great Clips. As an Assistant Salon Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the salon manager and team members to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the salon manager in overseeing daily salon operations
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality haircuts
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with the salon trainer to develop and mentor team members
  • Maintain a clean and organized salon environment
Requirements:
  • Cosmetology and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
