Job Summary

Clintar Brampton, ON is seeking a skilled Snow Removal Operator to manage snow clearing and de-icing for commercial properties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient snow removal services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Heavy Equipment: Safely operate tractors, loaders, and skid steers to clear snow and ice from roadways, parking lots, and other designated areas.
  • Maintain Clean Sites: Ensure all sites are left in a clean and safe condition, with no property damage during snow removal.
  • Respond to Emergency Calls: Promptly respond to emergency calls for snow removal, especially during heavy snowfalls or severe weather conditions.
  • Communicate with Supervisors: Maintain open communication with supervisors or dispatch to report road conditions, progress, and any issues encountered.
  • Work in Challenging Weather Conditions: Work in cold temperatures, snowstorms, and potentially at night to ensure timely snow removal.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of work completed, including time logs, equipment maintenance records, and reports on materials used.
  • Provide Professional Service: Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
  • Health and Safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations and protocols.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in a previous snow removal role.
  • Availability: Flexible hours, including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • On-Call Availability: Available on-call from November to April.
  • Cell Phone Data: Possess a cell phone with data capabilities.
