Key Responsibilities

  • Delegate tasks to sales personnel
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members
  • Authorize financial transactions and manage inventory orders
  • Handle merchandise returns and oversee stock management
  • Create and manage work schedules
  • Drive sales and provide reports on performance metrics
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
  • Maintain organized inventory and oversee payroll processes
  • Conduct performance evaluations for team members
