About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at Sullivan Liquor Store Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Tasks: Oversee the daily operations of our sales team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and the store.
  • Sell Merchandise: Provide excellent customer service and sell liquor and wine products to customers.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure that all products are properly stocked and displayed.
  • Supervise Team Members: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Perform Sales Duties: Perform the same duties as our sales team members, including selling merchandise and providing customer service.
Work Environment

Our liquor store operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring our team members to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment.
  • Work Setting: Liquor and wine store.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
