Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our Seniors Wellness division at Lifemark. As a leading provider of therapy solutions for seniors, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations, including admission assessments and specialized seating and positioning assessments.
- Identify and recommend appropriate equipment needs, collaborating with local vendors and completing applications for funding.
- Provide education and training to clients and families on independence with activities of daily living, wheelchairs, and adaptive aides.
- Monitor and record assessment and treatment interventions in client charts, adhering to guidelines established by the College of Occupational Therapists.
- Registration with the Provincial Association of Occupational Therapists.
- Experience in Long-Term Care is preferred.
