Long Haul Truck Driver

Big Route Transport Ltd. is seeking a skilled Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team. As a Long Haul Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials across the country, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a safe and efficient operation.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive a straight or articulated truck to transport goods and materials
- Load and unload goods, ensuring accurate and efficient handling
- Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to maintain vehicle condition and safety
- Operate and maintain vehicle equipment, including brakes, tires, and cold storage
- Communicate with central dispatch and relay information as needed
- Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Will train
- Ability to work 30-40 hours per week
- English language proficiency
