Masonry Specialist

Ridgeline Masonry Inc. is seeking a skilled Masonry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for preparing and laying bricks, concrete blocks, and other masonry units. Your expertise will be essential in constructing and installing prefabricated masonry units, building patios, garden walls, and other decorative installations. You will also be responsible for reading sketches and blueprints to calculate materials required, working at heights, and cutting and trimming bricks and concrete blocks to specification using hand and power tools. Additionally, you will restore, clean, or paint existing masonry structures and apply waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces below or above ground level. This is a physically demanding role that requires handling heavy loads, standing for extended periods, and bending, crouching, and kneeling. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
