Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at 1112707 BC Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on warehouse performance and productivity.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Recruit, hire, and train staff to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain a well-stocked warehouse.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the warehouse.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role in a warehouse environment.
  • Excellent oral communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
Work Environment:
  • Warehouse setting with a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel for training and meetings.
  • Public transportation available.
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and stand for long periods.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Language:
  • English is the primary language of communication.
Work Schedule:
  • 32-40 hours per week.
