Service Desk Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Desk Lead to join our team at Accoravillage. As a key member of our IT operations team, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day activities of our service desk, ensuring that incidents and escalations are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Foster a collaborative and continuous improvement environment, leading and mentoring a team of service desk technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their jobs.
- Process Improvement and Automation: Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, working with the IT team to implement changes that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our service desk operations.
- Project Management: Lead projects to research and implement new tools and technologies that will improve our service desk operations and enhance the customer experience.
- Customer Service and Experience: Ensure that our service desk team provides exceptional customer service, meeting or exceeding service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience working on a service desk using IT service management (ITSM) tools.
- Leadership and Project Management: Proven experience leading and mentoring a team, and overseeing projects to improve service desk operations.
- Technical Skills: Experience with the Microsoft suite, including Office 365, Azure, Active Directory, and Intune.
- Certifications: ITIL certification.
