Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and execute special events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experience.
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, demonstrating a commitment to inclusivity and safety.
- Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitians or chefs, showcasing expertise in nutritional planning.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas, maintaining a clean and organized environment that meets health and safety standards.
- Order supplies and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and effective inventory management.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, facilitating efficient decision-making and resource allocation.
- Clean kitchen and work areas, upholding high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Manage kitchen operations, overseeing daily tasks and ensuring the smooth execution of culinary services.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and adaptability.
- Perform repetitive tasks, demonstrating endurance and stamina.
- Work in a permanent position, with a regular schedule of 36 hours per week.
- Communicate effectively in English, ensuring clear understanding and collaboration with colleagues and customers.
