About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team at Dunkin' - Franchisee Of Dunkin Donuts. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Crew Members to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure seamless store operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and develop Crew Members to achieve operational excellence and deliver a great guest experience
  • Set goals and provide job assignments to motivate team members and drive results
  • Ensure safety and sanitation standards are met at all times
  • Anticipate and understand guests' needs and exceed their expectations
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a cafe or quick service restaurant
  • Ability to set compelling targets and deliver on commitments
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
