Job Title: Bookkeeper

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at PRINCESS NAILS. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting Standards Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, including GAAP and IFRS.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Process payroll, manage benefits, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, and other relevant tools.
