About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at Green Mobile. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our sales staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our sales goals are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our sales staff, ensuring that they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Assign sales workers to duties, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our sales goals.
  • Hire and Train Staff: Hire and train new staff members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Authorize Payments and Orders: Authorize payments and orders, ensuring that our financial transactions are accurate and secure.
  • Prepare Sales Reports: Prepare sales reports, analyzing sales data and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Resolve customer issues, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their experience.
  • Manage Inventory: Manage inventory, ensuring that our stock levels are adequate and that we are not overstocking or understocking.
  • Supervise Office Staff: Supervise office staff, ensuring that they are performing their duties efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Work Setting: Retail business with on-site customer service.
  • Security and Safety: Criminal record check required.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliable, and a team player.
