Restaurant Manager

Osmow's Shawarma Restaurant is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient and safe food handling practices.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide guidance and training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports as required.
The Restaurant Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and working under pressure.
Requirements:- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
