Hotel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our team at SMH Management Inc. As a key member of our hotel management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Co-ordination and Planning: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operation of the hotel.
- Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Equipment Maintenance and Repair: Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication.
- Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
