Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and perform minor adjustments on machinery.
  • Measure and mix resins, colorants, and other chemicals as per established formulas.
  • Inspect and monitor the quality of produced materials.
  • Operate mixing machinery to achieve specific consistency and viscosity of plastics.
  • Set up and manage one or more moulding machines for plastic product creation.
  • Adhere to formulation cards for mixing resin batches in the injection moulding process.
  • Organize and maintain inventory effectively.
  • Utilize computer numerical control (CNC) machines as necessary.
Required Certifications
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate is mandatory.

  • Capable of performing repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
