Wealth Management Associate Program

Scotiabank is seeking highly motivated and sales-driven individuals to join our Wealth Management Associate Program. This 5-month salaried program is designed to develop sales and entrepreneurial-minded individuals into a Wealth Advisory role.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop core financial planning skills and complementary client discovery skills through the wealth planning process.
- Build strong client relationships and provide financial advice to clients.
- Influence and persuade clients to achieve their financial goals.
- Adapt to changing environments and seek feedback to improve performance.
- Develop strong organization and time management skills to manage multiple clients and projects.
- Problem-solve and adapt to complex situations in a wealth advisory role.
- A comprehensive training program that leads to the Certified Financial Planning (CFP) Designation.
- Opportunities to gain exposure to Scotiabank's Wealth Advisory businesses and Total Wealth Planning approach.
- Placement in a Scotiabank Wealth Management office to work with wealth teams and gain practical experience.
- Ongoing support during the Program through various touch points with the Program Lead and Total Wealth Planning leaders.

- Completing an undergrad or master's degree by June 2025, or an experienced worker with a passion for client relationships and financial advice.
