Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our Richmond Hill, ON store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring a team of Front Counter, Tire Technicians, Journeypersons, Apprentices, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Development: Lead and develop a high-performing team, focusing on talent acquisition, retention, and growth.
- Financial Mastery: Manage profit and loss statements, oversee budgeting, and exercise effective inventory management to drive business growth.
- Operational Excellence: Prioritize tasks, ensure impeccable customer experiences, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Sales Excellence: Drive sales to customers and within a B2B context, fostering strong business relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Recruitment and Leadership: Recruit, retain, and cultivate top-tier talent, championing customer-first priorities and promoting a positive work culture.
- Safety Champion: Lead by example, following safety protocols and prioritizing the welfare of your team and customers.
Requirements
- A valid Driver's License.
- A high school diploma/ GED equivalent and some management training (preferred).
- Managerial Experience: Possess at least 3 years of managerial or supervisory experience (preferred).
- Exhibit strong communication skills and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Embrace a safety-first mindset, adhering to protocols and wearing required PPE.
- Foster a culture of positivity and growth where everyone feels encouraged to thrive.
- Drive engagement by building meaningful connections with our customers and providing personalized experiences.
