Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Meridian Inn & Suites Ltd. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping staff, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of our facilities.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure that our standards of cleanliness and quality are met.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop our housekeeping staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional service to our guests.
  • Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure that our housekeeping budget is managed effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure that we have the necessary resources to maintain our facilities.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Respond promptly to guest complaints and concerns, and work with our front desk team to resolve any issues.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
