Senior Financial Analyst Job Description

Aviva is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance Business Partnering team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business performance and supporting the development of our Aviva Business Plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Provide high-quality financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of financial plans and performance.
  • Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Develop and implement financial processes and controls to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of post-qualification financial management experience, preferably in a P&C organization.
  • CPA or equivalent certification.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving financial performance.
