About the Role

NBS STEEL FRAMING & DRYWALL LTD. is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Budgeting: Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including subcontractors and staff, to achieve project objectives.
  • Quality Control: Establish and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Identify and mitigate project risks, and make informed decisions to ensure project success.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a relevant field, such as construction management or a related discipline.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a construction project management role.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
