Job Title: Truck Drivers Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Drivers Supervisor to join our team at AL AZLAAN LOGISTICS INC.

Job Summary:

The Truck Drivers Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our truck drivers, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate: Supervise and coordinate the activities of truck drivers, ensuring that they are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to truck drivers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that truck drivers are aware of their responsibilities in maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit reports on truck driver performance, and communicate with drivers to ensure that they are aware of any changes or updates.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to work in a team environment.
Working Conditions:

37.5 hours per week, permanent position, working in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Language:

English is the primary language of communication.
