Job Title: Funeral Director Assistant

We are seeking a Funeral Director Assistant to join our team at Lotus Funeral and Cremation Centre Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with families to plan and coordinate funeral services, ensuring a dignified and respectful experience.
  • Assist in the preparation of remains, adhering to strict protocols and guidelines.
  • Coordinate burials and cremations, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Pre-arrange funerals, providing families with personalized and compassionate support.
  • Arrange for the transfer of remains from the place of death to our funeral home, maintaining confidentiality and respect.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment with 30 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
