Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Points West Living Stetler Inc.

Job Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Conduct vital sign assessments and monitor patient progress
  • Provide education and support to residents and their families
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Document patient information and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • Eligible for licensure as a practical nurse in the province/territory of work
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
