About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Engagement Manager to join our team at Travlink Employment Consulting and Travel Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement effective policies and procedures for staff management, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts for advertising and marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Work Environment

As a Strategic Engagement Manager, you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to have excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a related field
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
