Job Title: Director of Development

At MY CONSTRUCTION SUPPLY CORP., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Development to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of organizational policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Establish financial and administrative controls
  • Formulate and approve promotional campaigns
  • Approve overall human resources planning
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal awareness and team player
  • Computer and technology knowledge, including MS Access, MS Office, and MS Windows
