About the Role

Spiffy Clean Inc is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaning Professional to join our team. As a key member of our cleaning services team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, stock linen closet, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, clean and disinfect elevators, pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Housekeeping and Cleaning Duties: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure a safe and secure environment for clients and staff.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, physically demanding, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling.
  • Weight Handling: Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Punctuality, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, excellent written communication, values and ethics, patience, honesty.
