Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Planner to join our team at CRSA Global Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and materials between departments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Compile and analyze orders and instructions received from customers to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including inventory management, transportation coordination, and warehouse operations.
- Plan and organize the operational logistics of the organization, including scheduling assignments and coordinating activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment.
- Track and complete work orders, and maintain accurate records and logs.
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Co-ordinate traffic flow of supplies, and provide customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Communicate with ships, aircraft, and other remote operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
- Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, and keep track of shipments to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices is an asset.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
- Permanent employment.
- English language proficiency.
- 35 hours per week.
