Vet et Nous is a multidisciplinary team of veterinarians dedicated to providing exceptional care to pets. We are seeking a Medical Director to lead our team and ensure the highest standards of medical practice.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the onboarding and training of new veterinarians
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
- Manage day-to-day operations and supervise team members
- Identify training needs and plan training activities
- Promote adherence to best medical practices
- Plan and facilitate team meetings
- Carry out pharmacy and medicine management
- Lead medical operations planning and continuous improvement
- Veterinary doctor with 5 years of experience in a general practice hospital setting
- Proficiency in French written and spoken
- Good stress management skills
- Ability to manage priorities efficiently
Vet et Nous is a multidisciplinary team of veterinarians dedicated to providing exceptional care to pets. We have several emergency and reference centres open 24/7 and several general practice hospitals and clinics in the greater Montreal, Laval, Montérégie, Laurentides, Lanaudiere, Mauricie, Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean and Quebec region.
