About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Greenhaven Management. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of our office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn and adapt.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Language: English
