About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Area Manager, Commercial in Saskatoon. As a key member of our North region, you will be responsible for leading a team of Business Advisors in delivering exceptional member experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Business Advisors to achieve sales, member experience, and business development goals.
  • Ensure the team provides holistic financial advice and service solutions that meet the needs of new and existing business members.
  • Foster and retain relationships with businesses to drive Conexus growth and development.
  • Monitor portfolios to ensure alignment with Conexus risk appetite and approve credit applications in accordance with adjudication policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 5 years' experience in complex business lending.
  • 2 years' experience in people leadership.
  • Advanced knowledge and application of commercial business systems.
  • CSI Moody's Certificate in Commercial Credit (CICC) or willingness to obtain this designation.
