We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Physician to join our team at Springdale Medical Centre Inc.
About the RoleThis is a permanent position requiring a high level of autonomy and responsibility. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing primary care to patients of all ages, from infants to seniors.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and document patient medical information, including medical history, symptoms, and test results.
- Conduct thorough physical examinations to diagnose and treat various health conditions.
- Prescribe and administer medications, as well as provide vaccinations and other treatments.
- Develop and implement personalized health plans to promote healthy habits and prevent illnesses.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
- College of Family Physicians Certification (CCFP)
- Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
- Medical Council of Canada Qualifying Examination (MCCQE I and MCCQE II)
- Experience in family medicine is an asset
