About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Store Clerk at Lakeside Cigars. As a Store Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with sales and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, making recommendations, and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Sales and Inventory: Assist with sales and inventory management by processing transactions, restocking shelves, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment by sweeping, mopping, and dusting floors, as well as restocking shelves and displays.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Will train
  • Work Environment: Clean and organized store environment
  • Work Setting: Specialty shop and retail business
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks
