Job Title: Inventory Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee the management of our inventory, including receiving, storing, and shipping products. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and implement inventory control procedures to maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely shipments.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliations to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the purchasing team to optimize inventory levels and ensure timely receipt of goods.
  • Analyze and optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, safety, and overall operations of the inventory management process.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize inventory levels and warehouse operations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
