Job Title: Technical Support Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Representative to join our team at DIGI Technologies International Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring that our systems and networks are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems, networks, and software
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software
  • Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
