About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Appraiser to join our team at BC Hydro. As a Property Appraiser, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate valuation and management of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5 years or more of experience in land use planning and management/development, real estate, or a related field.
  • Land Use Planning and Management: Develop and implement land use plans and strategies to ensure the optimal use of our properties.
  • Real Estate Expertise: Provide expert advice on property valuation, appraisal, and management to support business decisions.
  • Workplace Information: This is a hybrid role, with a mix of office and remote work.
