Site Supervisor Single Family

At Trico Homes, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful completion of our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage construction activities on site to ensure high standards of workmanship and efficiency.
- Manage and coordinate the work of construction trades and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Monitor and control costs, ensuring that projects are completed within budget.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and policies.
- Coordinate and manage the selection, training, and assignment of project staff.
- Provide regular progress reporting to management and stakeholders.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in construction, with at least 3 years as a Site Supervisor.
- Strong safety orientation and up-to-date First Aid and safety-related certificates.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, field drawings, and plans.
- Strong management, delegation, planning, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a busy environment.
- High level of sound and independent judgment and reasoning.
