Job Title: Business Development Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Officer to join our team at PSI Procurement Solutions International. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic planning, market analysis, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement business plans, and establish relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze customer needs, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, share knowledge, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office.
