Job Description

Motorola Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Global Product Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive product adoption and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute product marketing plans to drive product adoption and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product positioning, messaging, and launch strategies
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform product marketing strategies
  • Develop and maintain product marketing materials, including product sheets, case studies, and sales sheets
  • Manage and execute product launches, including product training and enablement for sales teams
  • Measure and analyze product marketing performance, and provide insights to inform future marketing strategies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of product marketing experience
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
