Inventory Management Associate

Abatement Technologies, a leading provider of indoor air filtration and restoration equipment, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team in Langley, BC.
Key Responsibilities- Organize and Store Inventory: Ensure accurate and efficient storage of goods in designated locations, maintaining a well-organized warehouse environment.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stocked products, shipments, and receipts, reporting discrepancies or missing items in a timely manner.
- Quality Assurance: Verify incoming shipments by comparing invoices to orders, ensuring all goods are in excellent condition and meet company standards.
- Packing and Shipping: Properly pack items according to company standards to ensure safe and secure delivery.
- Database Maintenance: Accurately update and maintain the company's stock and inventory database, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
- Order Fulfillment: Retrieve and process items from the warehouse for shipment, meeting customer expectations and deadlines.
- Delivery Operations: Deliver packages to customers efficiently, adhering to scheduled timelines and providing exceptional customer service.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Inspect and maintain the delivery vehicle, ensuring it is in good working condition and meets company standards.
- Compliance: Follow all traffic laws and delivery protocols, ensuring safe and accurate delivery of packages.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle maintenance, providing valuable insights for process improvement.
- Technical Support: Diagnose, repair, and service products and equipment at customer locations, providing expert technical assistance.
- Customer Interaction: Answer inquiries, assist clients, and promote company services, building strong relationships with customers.
- Problem Solving: Use diagnostic tools to identify issues, evaluate information, and resolve technical problems efficiently.
- Maintenance and Repair: Order necessary parts, replace faulty components, and ensure machinery and equipment are in good working order.
- Skill Development: Continuously improve technical and mechanical skills to stay updated with industry standards and best practices.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Valid class 5 license or better, clean driving abstract, and experience using diagnostic tools and maintaining technical equipment.
- Certifications: Fork Lift Certification is considered an asset.
- Skills: Mechanical aptitude, excellent communication and teamwork skills, attention to detail, customer-focused approach, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
