Outpatient Physiotherapy Specialist

Position Overview:
We are currently looking for a Physiotherapist who embodies our commitment to patient-centered care and is excited to work in a vibrant outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of outpatient musculoskeletal injuries, including strains, sprains, fractures, and limitations in movement.
- Develop and execute personalized treatment plans grounded in clinical analysis and evidence-based practices.
- Utilize electronic documentation systems to accurately record treatment sessions and recommendations.
- Oversee the treatment provided by Registered Kinesiologists and/or Physiotherapy Assistants.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Mentor Physiotherapy students, if preferred.
- Engage with external partners and referral sources to facilitate patient care.
- Manage a diverse caseload in a fast-paced clinic environment.
Qualifications:
- Current registration with the provincial College of Physiotherapists.
- 1-2+ years of experience in an outpatient physiotherapy setting is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
