We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiting Officer to join our team at Embauche HR Services Pvt Ltd. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for attracting, selecting, and hiring top talent to support the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Consultation and Grievance Procedures: Administer and manage staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure a fair and respectful work environment.
- Staffing Requirements: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements to meet the needs of our business.
- Employee Support: Provide information and services to employees, including employee assistance and counseling.
- Applicant Management: Collect and screen applicants, and advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
- Talent Acquisition: Recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions to fill open positions.
- Selection and Examination Boards: Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
- Job Offers and Eligibility: Notify applicants of results of the selection process and prepare job offers, and determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training.
- Personnel Supervision: Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties.
- Staff Hiring: Recruit and hire staff to meet the needs of our business.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
