Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager - Operations Lead to join our team at ONroute. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our restaurants, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and implementing operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Staff Management: Conduct performance reviews, organize and maintain inventory, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, address customer complaints or concerns, and participate in marketing plans and implementation.
- Leadership: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, and supervise a team of 16-20 people.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word, as well as point of sale systems.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and stand for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, and reliable.
- Parking Available: Yes.
- Duration of Employment: Permanent.
- Language of Work: English.
- Hours of Work: 40 hours per week.
