Job Title: Delivery Drivers Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Drivers Supervisor to join our team at Express Box Delivery Corp.

Job Summary:

The Delivery Drivers Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of delivery drivers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of packages to our customers. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of delivery drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of packages.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of delivery routes, schedules, and driver performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide training and coaching to delivery drivers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve delivery-related issues and improve overall operations.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a delivery or logistics environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
