Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Executive Officer to lead our organization in the health, education, social, and community services sectors. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for establishing objectives, formulating policies, and representing the organization in various capacities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement organizational objectives, policies, and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations, official functions, and fundraising activities
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and executive staff
  • Supervise staff in various areas of responsibility
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 5 years or more of experience in a senior leadership role
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Leadership and management experience in a fast-paced environment
