Oxygen8 Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Generalist to join our team. As a Marketing Generalist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the marketing department, under the guidance of the Marketing Director and Director of Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage social media presence and coordinate internal and external communications.
  • Schedule training and online events, and plan and execute internal and external events.
  • Coordinate company give-away (swag) shipping and reordering, and perform basic website maintenance.
  • Provide sales and broader team support, and ensure consistent company branding.
  • Assist with product launch support and perform administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Experience in marketing coordination and strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management, basic understanding of SEO, and website maintenance.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and support event execution.
  • CRM experience (HubSpot an asset), website management (WordPress and/or Elementor), and graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite and Canva).
  • Marketing coordination, teamwork, and collaboration skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
What We Offer

An annual salary of $55,000 to $70,000 based on experience, and great health and dental benefits plan from Day 1.
