Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Head Cashier to join our team at North Vancouver Bottle Depot. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and allocate tasks to sales staff to ensure optimal productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales professionals who embody our company values and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Authorize Return of Merchandise: Make informed decisions regarding customer returns and exchanges, ensuring a fair and efficient process.
  • Sell Merchandise: Provide excellent customer service and promote our products to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Prepare Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve Issues: Proactively address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, ensuring that stock levels are optimal and customer demand is met.
  • Supervise Staff: Provide guidance, support, and coaching to sales staff to ensure they meet performance expectations and company standards.
Work Environment

As a Head Cashier at North Vancouver Bottle Depot, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction. You must be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.

Requirements
